Cloud for Customer Business Analytics Filtering

Hi,

I'm trying to create a custom report under the Cloud for Customer Business Analytics Work Center. However, I'm unable to find the Ticket Category fields to filter upon and also, the Date field which is available to filter upon is not populating any values for the filter. I tried to check on available KBAs for any workaround for these issues but couldn't find anything useful.

Would greatly appreciate any solutions.
