I thought if I deleted all interactions concering a contact, the buying history of that very contact would be purged as well. As this is not the case, is there a way to fully clear the buying history of a contact?
Can you please elaborate description of your problem? If you have deleted all interactions, how do you still have a buying history? Where do you see it?
As I duplicated the application job to delete the interactions today, the buying history is gone, too. So basically the problem has been dealt with, thanks for your help nevertheless!
