We have several users are China Telecom user, from last week some of them couldn't log on the APP. It's VERY VERY URGENT!!!
They have re-installed the APP(software:1905.3.0), but still failed, also they couldn't log by website.
And we find C4C DOES NOT FRIENDLY in China, we still can't receive ANY NOTIFICATION by China Android Phone, because it's designing issue, and when APP is running, some times very slow, even suddenly frozen, we have to force exit and restart the APP. Could SAP do BUTTER JOB for Chinese customers, could SAP hear much more VOICE OF CUSTOMER for CHINA?? THANK YOU!!
