Hello,
We are trying to implement checklist functionality in SAP CRM. Once I performed the initial configuration, I was able to open the checklist assignment block for a service request (SRVR).
However, I am unable to view the checklist assignment block for business activities (BUS2000126) or tasks (BUS2000125). I assigned the checklist profile to the transaction type. Please let me know if a checklist can be assigned to a business activity or task?
