Check in / Check Out feature Sap C4C

Dear Experts,

In our business case, a particular region wants to use the check in / Check out feature in SAP C4C and globally other regions don't want to use this feature.

Scoping this feature in the Business configuration disabled the "Set as complete" button in the Visits once the visit is "Set to in process" and also in the Adaptation mode it is greyed out.

Please confirm if we have any possibilities to use both normal Visit Actions as well the check in/ check out in the same tenant.

Hi Vignesh,

this is not possible with current 2011 release. Topic is already discussed with SAP Product Management. Please review the following Influence Item and vote for it in case it fits to your needs.
