Changing the workflow mail template in the marketing cloud

Hi Experts ,

Is there any option in marketing cloud

1.Can i change the default workflow template and change the mail content we are receiving for the workflows ?

2.Can we switch of the mail communication for the workflows for certain users but they will be continue receiving the app notification for the workflows ?

Hi Rashmi,

Regarding point1, it is not possible to change/configure the mail content for workflow rules. May be you can put up an idea at Influence Site.

Point 2, I am not sure if this can be achieve.

I can confirm the answer from Saurabh that the changes to the email template are not possible at this time, and the Customer Influence tool would be a great way to submit this as a feature request.

To your second question, there is currently no feature to enable/disable email notifications. A workaround to prevent certain users from receiving email notifications can be achieved by removing the email address from their user contact information. However, before doing so, please consider potential impact to other processes where the user email address is used. For example, there can be other email notifications such as campaign failure notifications, you may use email address as a search criteria to find specific users, etc.

An individual user can control the Fiori notifications they receive by going to their Settings > Notifications. You could consider also submitting a Customer Influence request to have a similar control for the email notifications.
