Changing Default report output

Hello

I am wondering how I can change a report result to show Yes or No rather than "#" or "X" as what is currently being produced. The field is a tickbox and when selected X is the result which doesn't mean much to users so would like this to be displayed as "Yes" and if not ticked rather than "#" being displayed for it to show "No".

Is this possible?

Dear Lisa,

Currently this is not possible as per system design and we would recommend to post this as new requirement in influence forum so that concerned team can look into this based on minimum no of up votes and based on requirement,feasibility & effort needed, we can bring it in the future releases.
