Changing catalog in smartedit does not refreshing the site

Hi,

We have multiple sites but attached to a single content catalog. Now on selecting any catalog and pressing apply button , it seems site is refreshing through loader icon but in backend it's not.

However on pressing F5 or manual refreshing it is working fine.

Not getting the root cause that why apply button not working .Please help.
