Changes in the opportunity are not reflecting under C4C Opportunity >> Changes facet

Hi Experts,

Sometimes, changes done in the opportunity are not reflecting under C4C Opportunity >> Changes facet

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open an Opportuniy

2. To go Changes tab

3. Click on 'Click on to execute query'

4. Now click on the changes

Expected Result :

Changes made in opportunity should be shown

Actual Result :

Sometimes the changes in Opportunity are not shown

Could you please let me know the reason why changes are not reflecting under Changes facet? How to know the actual changes done at that particular time.Thank you in advance.Regards,Muheed Syed

Please create an incident and describe which change is expected to be shown in Changes?

Hi Syed,

If its standard field for which it is not reflecting in change history intermittently - you can raise an incident to SAP as it happens due to glitch in the system
