Changed attributes in workflows

Hi guys,

While creating a workflow, we can attach an item(product/category) to the the workflow as well as to the workflow action. But my question is how would the approver know that which attribute has been modified just by looking at the attachment?

For e.g we have the OOTB product approval workflow where a product marketeer can update the product content and start the workflow. The product also can be attached to the workflow. But how come the product approver understands that what attribute of the product has been updated?

Does hybris provide any option other than workflow attachment?

Hi Prasanna.

I don't think there is anything OOTB that can help you out with your requirement. If you don't want to add custom code to achieve this, your team should use the comments that are available for workflow attachments and add the necessary information about what was changed on the product.
