Change the Contact name format

Hello experts,

we would like to change the name format of Contacts in SAP C4C.
Currently, it is taking by deafult "Last Name, Name", while we would like to have "Name Last Name".

We tried by configuring name formats in "General Business Partners" section, but it is not working for Contacts.

What else could we do?

Hi Valentina,

following KBAs will answer your query:

• 2776654 - The Contacts view displays the names as 'Name Surname' but the Account Team view displays them as 'Surname, Name'
• 2696095 - The Naming Format of an Employee is Not Same in All Views (OWL view versus TI view)
• 2734352 - Some Employee's Names are displayed as 'Name Surname' and others as 'Surname Name'

You can open the KBAs by searching for them via Browser.

It is correct, that the naming format is maintained via the Business Configuration work centre > General Business Partners > Maintain Name Formats. The configuration goes by country.
