Change sender profile and/or domains

We see that the open ratios of the newsletters are not good. This has to do with the setting of the sender profile and related domains. Unfortunately I cannot adjust this. See the error message below. We would like to adjust this newsletter.bavaria.com in newsletter@bavaria.nl. How can we fix this?

Many thanks.

Yes, the sender address maintained in AWS SES. I can see this in our email campaigns:

can you pls also cross-validate in SAP Marketing Cloud if the sender address having exact same case as in AWS? Just an FYI that sender email domain is case sensitive i.e. example@SAP.com is not same as example@sap.com

Hi andyberendsen8,

sorry, no I didn't see it since it was a reply to your own question. In this case it's better if you use the "@"-mention that I get a notification.

Hm.. I tried to reproduce the issue but I only get the same error message if I try to save a Sender Profile with a sender address that's not maintained in AWS... so that makes it quite difficult to analyze your problem...
