Change "One per Contact" source system origin SAP Marketing Cloud

Dear Experts,

I want to change the configuration of Origin of Contacts that came from Gigya.

I want that SAP Marketing Cloud accepts more than one ID per contact for the contacts that came from Gigya.

I go to Manage your Solution > Configure Your Solution > Contacts and Profiles > Origin of Contacts ID.

Then I select the origin of contact (Gigya) and click on Edit.

The problem is that I cannot Change the Status of the "One per Contact" button. It seems that is blocked (photo).

Do you know how can I change the configuration "One per Contact" ?

Hi gllatjos ,

some of us had the same problem here. We solved it by trying out different browsers.

I think finally it worked in the good old Internet Explorer 😄

So it was just a UI issue.

Maybe also cleaning browser cache helps.

Hi Gerard,

I checked on two different systems and I'm able to change that configuration setting.

Did you transport the settings to production system? Are you able to change any other configuration? Then you maybe have to create a change project again to change the settings?

If that's not the problem I would create an incident.
