It is not possible to customize the number of decimals or any data displayed in this Browse Interaction App (The purpose of this app is to display raw data from the backend tables to check if data import was successful)

Dear Mihaela Oprea,

Navigate as Maintain Business User >> Open respective User >> Regional Settings >> Decimal Format

Thank you.

Hello mihaelaniculescu,

Go to -> maintain business user -> chooe one user-> than you have the possibility to selecte the format for each user.

Hope that helps

Hi all,

I have a similar question regarding the display of "Quantity", but not in the UI, but within an email.

Also in an email, when I add "Quantity" as a variable field, it displays 5 decimals.

Can I somehow change that, so no decimals are displayed in the email?

Hi Joyca,

Just checking you solved this issue without any development? We have the same issue and if not possible will probably end up creating a custom field with 2 decimals where we put the quantity.

I had a second topic about this:

https://answers.sap.com/questions/13458773/content-studio-attributes-display-format.html

but no, it was not solved.

The last reply on that other topic was:

Hi Joyca,

I checked at the code level for the logic being Quantity and Currency and I can confirm that its trying to use the Country of the recipient for the format , can you try creating a contact with different country like one with India , etc and try once , If nothing changes as per country , Please raise an Incident to SAP to check on the same.

Regards,
Saravana.

But in the end we just dropped the requirement of putting the order details in the email and generated a url instead to the website where the order details could be checked.

Thanks for the link to the other issue vervinckt.joyca ! This was useful to know. We'll go with the custom solution then!
