Change Project in C4C is not getting closed even after a successful merge

Dear Experts,

We have closed our first implemenation project and started working on change projetct. We have merged all the Fine tuning and scoping changes to Production. And Merge is successful.

Clicked on Merge Changes to see the status :

If try to close it manually : "Activity Merge Changes cannot be changed manually" , Then How can I close the Merge Changes activity ( In Production we also activated changes and project is closed now)

What is that we are doing wrong?

SAP had to close the activity from backend. Nothing qrong from our side.
