change project error

Hello experts,

When we are trying to create a change project in Q system we are ending up with a ‘Authorization missing to create Lifecycle project’ error message. I have checked if I have the correct business role applied to my name, but even if I create a business role that has all the business catalogs attached I still get this error. Could you help me with this problem?

If you've required Auth and still getting this error -

Please report an SAP ticket under CEC-MKT-BF/ITC component to get this resolved.
