change of default voucher validation date

Dear Community,

i've a question regarding the default voucher validation date in CCO POS.

Situation:

We have a CCOManager (2.0 FP07) with many CCO POS. The Voucher Database is based in CCOManager. Now we like the change the default validation date of the voucher article from 'unlimited' to '3 years' in every CCO POS.

Question:

Can we only change the default validation date of the voucher article in every single CCO POS or is this possible to handle via CCOManager for all CCO POS?

Currently, this option is not available in standard solution.

Hello Daniela,

It is necessary to change the "Validity period" in each POS under Configuration > Sales > Article ID of Voucher.

And the new "Validity period" will be applied only for the new vouchers created in the POS. It will not affect the vouchers already created.

thank you. I understand, but it is not possible so set the changing ("Validity period") to handle via CCOManager for all CCO POS?
