Hi SAP Community,
I am trying to find a report in C4C that shows all the changes that were made to a ticket (history of changes). This can be seen by clicking the changes tab within a ticket but we cannot use this for analysis. Could you please guide me to the correct report? - I am looking for how many times status was changed and the associate who made those changes etc.

Hi,
This data source you mention Ticket History SEODSRQHHB is indeed the correct one and you might have to combine (join) it with one of the other ticket related data sources. The changes, with time stamps, counters etc. are not stored as such in a data source for analyses in my understanding. You migth need to create your own data source.
