Change fields replication from SAP ECC (XD02) into SAP Marketing

Dear Experts,

I am using standard report CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_FULL to integrate customers from SAP ECC system into SAP Marketing 1709 SP01 (onpremise).

My question is: does this integration take into accoung changes in customer fields on ECC side? Example: Customer was replicated just fine with all information, including e-mail:

But then, on ECC side I deleted the customer's e-mail (xd02 t-code):

After running Delta report (CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_DELT) I thought the e-maill address would be deleted from hybris marketing. But it gives me the following error:

Is this the correct/standard behavior?

How can I get changes on ECC side to be replicated into hybris marketing?

Hi Luis,

are you using SLT for the replication?

As far as I remember in my case changes like that have been replicated to yMkt by that report you mentioned (CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_DELT).

So I think that behavior is not correct. But unfortunately I don't know how to solve that error.

Hi Tobias,

Yes, I am using SLT for the replication. I can see the change I made on ECC side on my Hana view cockpit. However it is not being replicated to hybris marketing 😞

I will raise a ticket for SAP and will post the correction once I find it.
