Hi,
Distribution channel is main value in sales area and with using if sales organization, distribution channel and division sales cycle will work.
With help of ABAPER it is possible but in some tables SAP will assigned a primary key to SA. Again it is possible through the delete and again reenter the data but it is very critical and not advisable.
As per my experience we do not go for change distribution channel in SA.
