Change date format in sap cloud for customer

Dear SAP colleagues,

I need to change date and hour format (MM/DD/YYYY 1:30 PM to DD/MM/YYYY 13:30), I prefer not use parameterization, is there another way to change it?

Go to Profile , select settings, here under My settings you can change it
