Centralized gift card management across stores is handled as well?
Request clarification before answering.
Hello,
Short answer: Yes.
Gift cards are centrally stored in SAP Customer Checkout
manager.
Hence buying from store 100, redeeming or partially
redeeming from store 200, or doing a top-up from store 300 all is possible.
Also planned is several functional enhancement in this topic
in our next release FP10(planned date 1st October 2020). No commitments about future releases.
Hope it helps.

Hey Bikash,
thank you for the information.
Is it possible to synchronize gift cards between different CCOMs? In a clients scenario several ccoms are used, e.g. per store, so in standard the gift cards are only available in one store. Of course the use case is that gift cards are redeemable in all stores, so some sort of synchronization between the different ccoms (or maybe a central ccom) is needed.
Kind regards,
Arne
Hi Bikash,
I have the same question as Arne and would like to know if it is possible to sync Gift Cards between a centrally managed CCOM and the in-store CCOMs.
We have several stores each with several POS so would like to maintain CCOM in-store while Gift cards need to be centrally managed.
Kind regards,
Matt.

thanks. so once a gift card id has been used, it cannot be used again right? for example, i use gift card id #1234567. It had a value of 100$. If i redeem 85$ off of that card in store 100, the system should not let me redeem more than the balance, 15$, off of that card, in store 100, or ANY other store. is that correct?
