central customer management in SAP b1 and CCO

Hi,

I read that it's possible to manage customer master data in CCOm and SAP b1. I have tried the following set

1. set document numbering series in SAP b1

2. enter the series in CCO integration tab

3. create customer in CCO this works fine and the customer was created in SAP b1. But when I activated 'central customer management" in CCOm and try to create customer master data in CCO it create it but using the CCOm series and not series from SAP b1, and it doesn't create customer master data in SAP b1

4. I noticed that when I create customer master data in CCOm it's available for use in CCO but transactions using this customer cannot post to SAP b1 as the master data does not parse to SAP b1

So, I want a situation where when I create customer master data whether in CCO/CCOm and it's automatically created in SAP b1 master data.

Hi Gideon,

If the parameter "Central Customer Management" is enabled under CCO > Configuration > Integration > SAP Customer Checkout, the new customers will be created and managed by SAP Customer Checkout Manager and will follow the sequence number defined in the CCO Manager > Configuration > Sequence Number and they will not be created in SAP Business One.

if the parameter "Central Customer Management" is disabled, when a new customer is created in the CCO, it will be created in your back-end system, in this case SAP B1, and the customer will be created in SAP Customer Checkout Manager when you post a transaction/receipt for this customer.
