Hi Experts ,
We are facing an issue of CDT auto logout issue for few agents randomly . Some agents got disconnected from ongoing calls and these disconnections are usually accompanied by a number of agents being kicked out of the phone system whilst not on a call. They all occur during a morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea breaks.
Does anybody experienced this before and know the reason for this kind of issues?
Thanks in advance for saving my time.
Regards,
Rinish

Hello Rinish,
When several agents are logged out at once, my first thought is that there has to be a network disconnect. Like Dawood said, check the logs and you should see this around the time you got the agents logged out.
Kind Regards,
Tomi

Ok, so please check whether there was switch of the VU to another instance.
And as I wrote previously - definitely check the CDT and CoS logs around the moment of logout.

Hi Rinish,
this is weird and I have never seen this before. However, first where you should look into are CDT logs (folder %temp% on each workstation) and also Connection Server logs from VU Agent Frontend (or wherever you have installed CoS for agents). Do you have more than one application server?

Dawood
