CDP Data Access>>Exports feature

Hello Community,

Has anyone had recent experience with using the SAP CDP Data Access>>Exports feature?

I am building out a use case where I need to extract out the Customer Profile and Activities data from our CDP instance. I would like to setup a job in the System that can run on a scheduler (nightly run) and has a date selection feature that allows to go back n days.

We can do a full Export of data using the Exports, but it seems limited when attempting to run for a Delta scenario, where the scheduling component of the feature seems missing.

Genuinely would appreciate some input.

Hi Owen,

As of today, the customer data platform console’s export functionality (under Data Access > Exports) only supports full exports, and delta exports with scheduling option is not available.
Since delta export is a valuable use case, I recommend submitting a feature request outlining your business needs under this link: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/3427
SAP Product Management team will review the request and respond accordingly.
