CDC From Submission Date

Is there a way to easily track the date of CDC forms submitted so we know on which days the submissions came in. We use these for sweepstakes and other lead-gen and it would be helpful to match submission #s with the date submitted.

We have some meta data to track the form entry already but aren't clear on the best way to set the submission date automatically or how to find it in the system

There are a lot of options you can reach it: WEB SDK, native events, etc.
But If the metadata UI component suits your needs - use better it.

Hi this did not work for me, the value doesn't populate in the field I created. Is there a specific format the account schema needs to be set up? I tried as a date and as a string type. When I try to query for the field it doesn't return any values.
