CCV2 Synchronous Pricing with On Prem ERP

HI Experts,

We are planning to migrate our SAP Commerce On premise version to CCV2. We are using Synchronous Pricing to fetch Product price info from on premise SAP ECC.

The problem here is regarding connectivity. We would like to know if it is possible to connect SAP Commerce Cloud version to SAP ERP on premise version via SAP Cloud Connectors.

We do not want to setup any VPN Tunneling between the CCV2 and our internal network as we believe SAP Cloud Connectors provide the same feature. There is no document at the moment to verify this capability

Official SAP documentation doesn't explain well this scenario: SAP Commerce Cloud (ccv2) integration with OnPremise S4HANA/ERP.

After an incident opening, SAP creates this note: 3345973 - Synchronous pricing API call from SAP Commerce Cloud to on premise S/4HANA failed - SAP fo...

So, integration between S4HANA (or ERP) onpremise and Commerce Cloud must be done using VPN.

SAP Cloud connector is not enough in this scenario.
