I would like to know the KPI in the table PAYMENTITEM, which tells me if it is a purchase on account?

Hello,

sales on account will be not visible in the table PAYMENTITEM, the information is stored in the table DEBTORITEM. Also if you cancel a receipt which is posted on account the cancelation receipt data are also stored in the table DEBTORITEM, please see also attached screenshots from our test system.
