CCO working as standalone without CCO manager

Good morning,

• We had successfully installed CCO. However we could not find the function to add items to CCO.

• We installed the CCO manager and successfully link to the CCO system.

• From CCO manager, we are able to add new items and synchronize to CCO.

Two questions, that I have:

1. Can CCO work as standalone without CCO manager?
2. If yes, please give us some pointer to add new items in a standalone CCO

Hello,

You can use SAP Customer Checkout with SAP BusinessOne, SAP Business ByDesign or SAP ERP or standlone.

When you use SAP Customer Checkout standalone, SAP Customer Checkout manager is mandatory. In SAP Customer Checkout manager you can create your customers, articles, and pricelist. Using SAP Customer Checkout standalone without SAP Customer Checkout manager is NOT possible.
In such a case, you can install SAP Customer Checkout and SAP Customer Checkout manager in the same machine.

Hi Mohammed,
the recommendation is to use CCO / CCOm standalone or integrated with SAP BusinessOne, SAP Business ByDesign or SAP ERP.

The same information is also described in the product page: https://www.sap.com/products/pos-customer-checkout.html

Other non SAP ERPs are not recommended, they are not in the scope of SAP support as well.
