CCO - Warning synchronizing articles with prices from SBO and CCO Manager

Dear all,

As I need to manage articles from manager, but manage the whole prices models from the ERP (Sap Business One) I have been facing a warning and the prices in the ERP never upload with each articles according to the prices in SBO.

I’ve been reading de Configuration guide about this topic and I found out this information “When using an SAP Business One, SAP Business ByDesign, or SAP ECC (Retail) system (to synchronize article data) and you have enabled central price list management, the price list ID created in SAP Customer Checkout manager must be identical to the price list ID in the respective SAP ERP system. Otherwise, synchronization of price lists will not work”, so I enable central price list management, in the manager the price list is just created in the same way than in SBO and checked to Synchronize (in POS) but whenever I tried to synchronize articles a warning message appeared “The default price list not found. The first active price list will be set as default”.

I guess I have missed something, not pretty sure if a setting in the manager or directly in the client or where in order to use the SBO prices instead of using the ones in the manager.

I will appreciate a little bit of help with this matter.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Namiye,
according to your initial description your goal is to manage the whole prices models from the ERP (Sap Business One). In this case the CCO Manager price list settings are not relevant and so, the correct would be to turn off the "Enable central price list management".

Please, test the following:

In your CCO System,
Go to Configuration -> Integration -> SAP Customer Checkout Manager
Enable central price list management = OFF

Following this, the CCO will take the data of your backend system.

Going further, in your CCO system: Go to Configuration -> Sales -> Price lists

Are the same price lists defined in your business one system and selected in customer's(business partner) master data? Please, confirm the same settings are in your backend system.

If all the points above are ok, Go to menu Configuration -> Synchronization and run a a synchronization for customers and articles.

By doing the steps above everything should work fine and you should not get the warning messages anymore.

If the content above helps you, feel free to select the answer as “Right Answer”. This helps others to follow and easily locate the content.

Mateus

Dear Mateus,

Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately I haven't been able to synchronized the price's information from SBO, even after deleting all the previous information that was syncrhronized from the manager. I double checked if there was any typing mistake in the List price code but not even with the same name, i can make it work.

Have you any other suggestion?

Regards,
