CCO - Using receipt from multiple CCO

Hello,

I have a store that has 3 CCO
I sell to a customer with the CCO1.
The customer brings me the article but I am at the CCO2. I want to be able to make the return on the CCO2 by recalling the receipt made on CCO1.
How do I set up receipt management?

Hello Pierre,

The use case you are describing has to meet only two conditions:

1. SAP Customer Checkout manager is available
2. In all SAP Customer Checkout the options Integration -> SAP Customer Checkout manager -> Receipt management -> Enable central receipt management and Enable receipt fetching are both switched ON

Then a receipt posted on CCO1 can be fetched in CCO2 from the Customer Checkout manager for return / refund purposes.
