CCO Select print format by the user

Hi

We need that a user at the time of issuing an invoice can decide which print format he wants, either A4 or 80mm, is that possible in any way? If not, what would be the easiest alternative to implement? If I select both formats as assets, when I save the invoice they both print.

Hi, thanks Klaus.

If we have reviewed the for options of print templates, but making some changes, the only thing we have achieved similar to what we need is that one of the formats does not print automatically and the other only prints when the reprint button is pressed.

For example, in the configuration;

- We removed the FORMAT1 print button from the reprint

- We removed automatic printing from FORMAT2

But this does not reach what the client needs, since

1.- There is an impression that always comes out although it is not needed - FORMAT1

2.- If you need to reprint this FORMAT1 that we left automatic, it is not possible.

In the POS program that the client currently has, they have an option that, if they enable it when printing each ticket, asks the user what format they want to use.

Something like this is what we would need

Have you had a look at the options for the print templates? Maybe a existing rule fits for your requirement.
