CCO printer Setup Epson TM-T20-II error

Hi Ahmed,

Is the printer working fine in the CheckHealth?

Is the JPOSPlugin.properties file maintained with the correct printer name? see page 22

Did you maintain the correct path to the Java in the System Properties? See page 10

Did you copy all the required files to the HW folder? See page 23

Did you copy all the required files to the Java folder? See page 24

Check if there are more than one Java version installed in the machine, if so, make sure that the same java version is used for the POS and for the Printer.

Dear Anderson i did all steps and now i changed the printer to TM-88V instead of TM-T20II but the same error still found and i attached the log file, i check the logical-name in jopsproperties.

I copied all foldes HW-Epson-Java from POS working to the new POS and i maintain java path in windows system
