CCO Printer Issue

Dears,

Printer connected to the POS device and I found it on the CCO printer settings but when I test it I get this error " Printer failed print test data " and also when I print receipt the printer doesn't work however it was working.

Note: CCO version 2.9.16

Dear Fadi,

Check if the SAP Note 2727384 helps you to solve this issue.
If the issue remains, provide some additonal information, please:

1 - Is there any information in the CCO log files?
2 - What is the printer model?
3 - Is it a JPOS or Windows printer?
