CCO POS_Plugin service error when starting

Dear Support,

when rying to start the CCO POS_Plugin service there is a message: error starting device service

When choosing Type JPOS the seletion for Printer is greyed out I think it is because the POS Service could not be started.

Do you have an idea what could be the reason?
