CCO MONITOR shows blank, Point of sale receipt overview: undefined

Dear Expert,

We have updated the latest scenario 4.0.15 in the B1if and updated customer checkout manager 2 FP08 PL16. After that we found error in Customer checkout monitor "No matching records found", If I click detail it shows blank as below.Please advice me, any settings to be applied.

Have you also followed step 9 in Notes 2163033 ?
