CCO Manager Synchronization Issue with S4 HANA

Dear All,

We are using SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 FP12 PL01 and trying to synchronize the article master from S4 HANA to SAP Customer Checkout Manager.
We have established successful RFC connection between Customer Checkout Manager and S4 HANA system. Also We have configured and activated the Inbound and Outbound services in the communication arrangements.

We have generated Idocs for the articles in the S4 HANA system but that articles are not synchronized in the Customer checkout manager.
Kindly let us know if we have missed anything here or Is there any point to trigger the sync or check the logs of the iDocs read.

Do you see any entries when you open the new Master data queue and Master data results apps in CCO manager?

If u dont see an entry in the queue app in SAP Customer Checkout manager, this would mean that the call is not even reaching SAP Customer Checkout manager.

Unfortunately I am not an expert in S/4 HANA to help you with configurations there.

We are unable to see any entries in the Master Data queue and Master data results.
As said earlier, We have made RFC connection between the S4 HANA and CCO Manager systems. Will this work or should we need to establish HTTP connection only?

Hello nithinmittapelli,

RFC connection will not work for this purpose. You need to select HTTP instead.

The KBA https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/3132855 explains step by step how such material synchronization can be configured. This is a new KBA which will probably get some brush-ups over time.
