CCO <> BYD how to sell a service in CCO

Hello,
The customer whose for we are integrating SAP customer checkout want to use CCO to sell services.
But we don't manage to.
We can not find any note about CCO ability to sell services

We have created Services in ERP SAP BYD, we add it to pricelist, we synch' it with CCO
We do not see any result in CCO. neither error message neither the service ...


Can you help us please ?

context :
Customer sells bottles of wine. Plus he sells following services to visitors :
"grape field visits"

Currently, the CCO does not support selling a service when it is integrated with the SAP ByD system.
