Dear Experts,
we have some Customers where we implemented the CustomerCheckout.
They have some problems with item synchronisation, because all items from the SAP B1 Database will be synchronised, evern if they are sales items or not. For example, one Customer has 130,000 items in the database from which he only needs 25,000 items in the CustomerCheckout. So the other 105,000 items will be synchronized but are not wanted in CCO.
Is it possible to implement a pre selection of items in B1 to be synchronized in CCO? For example by a special SAP B1 UDF with sync value Y/N or something like this?
Kind regards

Hi Winfried,
Refer to the KBA #2694514, topic: "Synchronization of all Articles between SAP Business One and SAP Customer Checkout is not required - only the articles which should be sold needs to be synchronized"
And also refer to this question posted in the CCO Comunity
These documentations might help you to achieve your needs.

Anderson

Hi,
There is already (some sort of) work around to achieve this.
Define separate price list for CCO. For the items which you don't want to sync to CCO, don't define prices for that price list.
Other way around, you can keep separate Item Group('s) for CCO related items too.
