We create a creditmemo in customer checkout. Creditmemo is synced to SAP B1 but created with normal tax (vat) code instead of correction tax(vat) as required in Belgium

There is no automation in place that sets a different tax rate for return items or credit memos.
What is possible out of the box in the standard CCO application: Upon hitting the respective quick selection button the user can select a tax rate deviating from the default item tax rate. This can be done on sales item level or on receipt level.
