Hello,
I installed version 9
I would like to use the quick selection setting at the checkout level
How to do ?

We have published Customer Checkout 2.0 FP09 PL01 and all versions upload should have solved your issue. This patch contains the required fix. See release note 2901942.

Today we have published Customer Checkout 2.0 FP09 PL01. This patch contains the required fix. See release note 2901942.

You only need to update Customer Checkout (update of Customer Checkout manager is not required) so that the quick selections work again in Retail UI mode.

I have tested it just now and can confirm the fix is contained.

Just two reminders that it really works for you:

1 - In CCO make sure to enable Central Quick Selection management

2 - In CCO manager make sure to activate Enable on sales screen

This is a BUG. We will deliver a patch soon to fix the problem. Expectation is that the patch will come out this week itself (without commitment). I will update this community question once a patch is available. Hope this helps.

I am also having the same issue in retail mode, I have been on it for the last 2 days and no progress. Hopefuly, someone from the CCO team will answer this post.

I'm in retail mode
How do we change the setting?
I've been looking for 2 days and the documentation is, to say the least, very basic.

I consulted all the available documentation and I don't understand anything

It seems that it is very intuitive !!!


I have 25 POS - To date I refuse to upgrade.
All my clients use quick selection and all are in retail mode

Comment fait-on pour modifier le paramétrage.
Ca fait 2 jours que je cherche et la documentation est, le moins qu'on puisse dire, très sommaire.
J'ai consulté toute la doc disponible et je n'y comprend rien.

Il parait que c'est très intuitif !!!

Hi Arne,

I have a problem with Quick Selection in Retail mode, whenever I click quick Selection in sales screen nothing appears. However, I am able to get the Quick Selection in Quick Service Mode. Could it be that the Quick Selection in retail mode is not supported anymore in version 2.0 PL09.
