CCO day-end closing

Dear Experts ,

in the day- end closing screen , after finishing the process , system will ask to close the drawer .

if the drawer is not connected yet , there is anyway to hide this pop-up action ??

Dear Ahmad,

Check if the parameter "Block, if drawer is opened" is enabled under menu Configuration > POS System > Sales Screen

If so, try to disable it and test again.
