Kindly note that today we have found some issue in one of our client's SAP customer checkout installation (Version 2.0 FP 17 PL05 and SAP Business One 10 HANA 2111) that is in a usual sale we have been added some items and applied a coupon for them first and then there is another item added due to client request and the already applied coupon automatically added to that item as well . Then we have tried to remove the coupon we had applied before to apply another coupon . But at that time an error is showing in the article type bar area saying,
DELETE on table 'COUPON_ASSIGNMENT' caused a violation of foreign key constraint 'DSCPNSSGNMNTBJCTKY' for key (c4f6b0fa-a614-436a-b400-d817a06bfeb1). The statement has been rolled back.
Here after system could not allowed to post the receipt or cancel . We cannot add a new receipt either .
So could you guys please advice us how we can get rid of this matter at our earliest .
