I need to change the tax amount on the Receipt, but also change de total of the Receipt. The changes of the total need to be shown on the total field of the Receipt's screen to the user. I need to accomplish this via Plugging. I'm using the table mode.

SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 FP10 PL05

I hope someone can help me on this one.

regards.

Hello jnolascoconsensuscaribe ,

I don't think you can just change the tax total, and I also can't think of a reason why. Even here in the DR with all its specificities, this shouldn't be required.

In the end, the tax total should match the sum of the tax of all items.

Best regards,

Joerg.

Hello Joerg Aldinger, thank you very much for your fast answer.

Here in DR it is necesary to take out the ITBIS amount on the Receipt's Tax, when the NCF type is B14 'Regímenes Especial de Tributación'.

If there is another way to change the tax on the Receipt, like changing the tax on each line on the Receipt, in order of changing the Receipt's tax total, it will be good for me.

Hello jnolascoconsensuscaribe ,

It's correct that the B14 carries an exemption of the ITBIS, but unfortunately it is not possible to either:

  1. Eliminate the ITBIS from each item (because fiscal printers still need the values per line)
  2. Change the tax total on the receipt (because the total must coincide with the sum of the line items)

So you need to find another way. We have implemented this already and do correct printing on fiscal printers (Epson, Bixolon and Star printers) as well as correct integration to B1. Our fiscal interface "INFISAP" for CCO (and B1) is also certified by the DGII in this respect.

Unfortunately I can't share more technical details with you since you are directly competing with us in this respect, but if you ever need to outsource this functionality feel free to knock on our door.

Best regards,

Joerg.
