Dears,
On the CCO version 2.9.16 I try to get an automatic backup file by enable " Create sub folder for backups automatically " from Technical tab and I also set "Number of backup files to be kept" = 1 and "Number of backup days " = 1 but when I check next day there is no backup file created although I give all permission to SAP Customer Checkout folder from ( read, write and full control ) so how can I get a daily backup file automatically ?

You can configure the automatic shutdown and use the one of the automatic shutdown modes. Refer to the documentation below for additional information.
