CCO assign item to kitchen/bar

Hello CCO team,

In the Hospitality mode, the article master data definition in the Manager, we can assign the item to be sent to the bar or kitchen. Is it possible to add departments in the kitchen?

Hello Haim,

It is not possible to add departments.
One option, Instead of creating 1 Kitchen and 2 departments(Pizza and Burger). you can think of creating 2 kitchen itself KitchenPizza and KitchenBurger and assign the items accordingly.
However it really depends upon your use-case. Departments within an "output location" is not supported.
