CBO associate to Segmentation work in Q-System, but not work on P-System

Dear all,

I have a CBO for Segmentation, had work perfect on Q-System, however after export software collection to P-System, the CBO is not associate to Segmentation.

Q-System:

On Q-System, the CBO is config as below:

As well as able associate to Business catalog and Marketing extensibillty

And finally work in Segmentation

Everything seem look like work perfectly, so I export software collection to P-System and also no error, below is the export log on Q-Sys and import log on P-Sys:

So I go Segmentation, however the CBO object is missing there:

So I go to Marketing Extensibility and see there is nothing and it said - Configuration changes are not allowed.

I am Administrator and have full permission and assign all buiness role, but I have nothing to do here.

I have spend a day and read many tutorial still not figure out what I missing, so does any expert can give me some advice?

Dear Leo,

I am not sure if the screenshot you provided after "Export Log" is complete, or if there are further items shown. Based on your screenshot from production I would say something was missing on the software collection. You should find the following items:

"SAP HANA View for Marketing" with the ID YY1_MKT_EXT_SEG_CFD_VIEWS

"Segmentation Object" with the ID SAP_CONTACT_ENGAGEMENT_SIN

These items should either be available in "Add Items" - then you can just add them to the software collection and transport again. Or you transported these items already.

If you transported these items already - or if they are not available - I would propose to create a ticket on CEC-MKT-EXT-CBS so that we can check from SAP side.
