Hi Good afternoon

In Service Category Catalog there are six types of categories: processes, incidents, part of the object, cause and activity. My question is this: can I create a type of additional category?for example:Society

processes

incidents

part of the object,

cause

activity.

Hello Ginhan,You will not be able to add additional Service category types. In the Service category level you can visualize the Standard available categories and equate them to Your Custom types and build the hierarchy. While using in the Tickets you can rename the respective category type fields as per your need.
