Cart merging in b2c telco OCC

Hi All,
I am trying to merge two carts as follow: 1)Registered and added product A in cart. 2)Added product B as anonymous and logged in . Then cart should merge,but as of now in telco b2c cart merging strategy has blank implementation ,Could you please suggest how cart merging will happen for parent and child cart in B2C teclo through OOC calll?

I think when you use OCC. First you login and then add products to cart right?? when you implement functionality with OCC do you really have the anonymous carts scenario? If yes then cart id needs to be passed when adding product to cart.
