Cart Abandoned integration feature - SAP Hybris marketing and SAP Hybris Ecommerce Cloud

Hello Experts,

I am aware that there is a cart abandoned functionality available and it can be integrated with yMKT and hybris commerce. I want to know what all settings are required to achieve this?

Can someone help me to understand the steps to achieve this please? Any document will be helpful

Hello All,

To provide more detailed understanding of mine is- We have to make couple of setting in both systems yMKT and commerce such as below:

1. Setup Communication user/system and arrangement as per the hybris commerce tenants details in yMKT.

2. setup up http connection in hybris commerce->SAP Integration with yMKT tenant details.

3. setup cron job and impex file run in hybris commerce for cart abandoned functionality

I believe above steps are sufficient to setup an integration. The standard interaction type CART_ABANDONED will be available in yMKT to save the incoming interaction under customer profile.

Please let me know of there are any other steps which needs to be setup. This is for B2B commerce.
